Join us, your fellow alumni and friends in supporting the AFBHS scholarship program. We are an all-volunteer and 501(c)(3) non-profit. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent of the law.
How to Donate
(1) Mail a check directly to AFBHS, P.O. Box 40, Belmont, MA 02478. Enclose a copy of the donation form that you can obtain under the Forms tab so we properly can acknowledge your gift.
(2) Donate by credit card or PayPal . Send us your contact information for acknowledgement via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our PayPal account is email@example.com.
(3) If you wish to create a new Named Endowment Fund, (see Funds and Endowments tab) or add to an existing Named Endowment, simply indicate so in the memo corner of the check and/or on an accompanying donation form obtained under the Forms tab. Otherwise donations will be considered Unrestricted. Unrestricted funds not needed for the annual scholarships that year will be added to the General Endowment Fund.
(4) You may also wish to donate by providing the necessary language in your will or life insurance policies. Such bequests can be cash, real estate, stocks, bonds, or other assets. In order to remember Belmont High School in your will, you need only bequeath a gift “To the Alumni and Friends of Belmont High School, Inc. for scholarships to Belmont High School Graduates.” If you would like to discuss this further, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
